The Empire Soccer Club organization is a parent driven soccer club with the sole purpose of bringing affordable top-tier soccer to Santa Rosa.
The organization is governed by a Board of representatives with various job responsibilities. This page is meant to describe the duties and responsibilities of the volunteers that help make this all possible.

The Director of Coaches is the powerhouse of development and vision to the club. On the recreational side of the club, the DOC works with the rec coaches and comp coaches alike to ensure they have quality coach training and coach to the aligned vision of the club. On the Competitive side, the DOC oversees the club teams in the various leagues and tournaments.
